LOL Have you looked through my gallery? XD Your works actually reminded me of ME when I first started... Scenic, dark, grunge, and blending/stock happy - yes? I am a stock whore. :P What I've learned over the years are ways to make the blending look less pixelly and more refined. Example:

Hey there. I can see how your siggy making has crossed over to wallpapers... People tend to feel the need to fill every inch of space. XD In Wallpapers, it's ok to give room. Remember we are putting them on our desktops where there are icons and such. You should definitely check out the gallery for the top rated wallpapers (you can see them rotating at front page too) for some ideas on good composition. If you know you're going to be making a quick wallpaper, why not try simplistic designs, such as the Anbuu wallpaper I showed you? You can be stylish and simple. :P

Np! And I know what you mean, I hate hate hate dealing with text. I can just never get it to work..lol. Still looks great though.
